Job Description:

In this role, you are responsible for owning, optimizing, and leading all Operations functions in our organization, helping to tackle some of our thorniest and most complex challenges and opportunities that will allow us to continue to successfully scale the business.

You will be primarily focused on bringing structure, process, and optimization to topics such as inventory management, supply chain, reverse logistics, reporting and analytics, new market research, and more. Some projects will have an external component and incorporate direct client service work. In addition to these special projects, you will also play an important role in designing our operational strategy and KPIs, putting the right resources (process, people, tech) in place, and executing against the strategy to successfully scale the Operations team and processes. You will also work cross-functionally with the Account Management and Data teams to ensure partner success and maximize revenue and profits.

Managing the Operations team will be an important part of your job, but we’re not looking for delegators or armchair managers. We’re looking for exceptionally driven individuals who can excel from strategy through to execution – people who never hesitate to roll up their sleeves and execute.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • MBA from a top-tier business school
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or a similarly challenging technical role
  • Expertise in bringing structure and process to complex challenges
  • Exceptionally strong analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to ask questions that help identify underlying needs and goals
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and competitive individual that is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leader, motivator, and manager
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel), Proficient in other Microsoft Office tools and Google
