Job Description:

In this role, you are responsible for owning, optimizing, and leading all Operations functions in our organization, helping to tackle some of our thorniest and most complex challenges and opportunities that will allow us to continue to successfully scale the business.

You will be primarily focused on bringing structure, process, and optimization to topics such as inventory management, supply chain, reverse logistics, reporting and analytics, new market research, and more. Some projects will have an external component and incorporate direct client service work. You will also work cross-functionally with the Account Management and Data teams to ensure partner success and maximize revenue and profits.

Managing the Operations team will be an important part of your job, but we’re not looking for delegators or armchair managers. We’re looking for exceptionally driven individuals who can excel from strategy through to execution – people who never hesitate to roll up their sleeves and execute.
